Refund Policy

The Full Report is a digital product that is delivered and unlocked instantly after a successful payment. Because access to the full content is granted immediately, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the report has been unlocked.

We will refund you if

• You were charged but did not receive access to your report due to a technical error on our side;
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge);
• The purchase was clearly unauthorized or fraudulent.

In these cases, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your payment confirmation. We will fix the access issue or issue a full refund promptly.

How payments & refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Creem as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Creem and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
